**Company Overview** Woodhouse Nursery is a dedicated children's nursery located in Woodhouse Village, Sheffield. We focus on providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. **We are expanding our nursery provision and are looking for qualified level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our amazing nursery in September 2025.** **The successful person must have experience working with young children** Applicants **must** have level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in early years or above, and experience working in a busy early years setting is essential. You must have sound knowledge of the EYFS requirements and Development Matters. Be an organized individual with enthusiasm and passion to work with young children and their families from all different backgrounds and needs. The nursery is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and the successful individual will need to have a flexible working attitude to meet the needs and demands of the nursery. **The preferred qualities needed are:** * Passionate about supporting young children to thrive * Good team player * Can use own initiative be self-motivated * Have knowledge and experience working with children with SEND. * Flexible teaching approach to deliver our curriculum. * Have a good understanding of child development * Have a friendly, loving and warm manner. * Pediatric first aid trained. (Not essential as training will be given) * Enhanced DBS check will be required (Checks will be completed by nursery) You will be offered a weekly contract that can be discussed at the interview stage. You will have the flexibility to choose to work term time or throughout the whole year.
