As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and comfortable for all guests. **Responsibilities** * Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. * Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. * Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while ensuring all surfaces are sanitised. * Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and communal areas. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. * Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to maintain a safe environment. * Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. * Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. **Qualifications** * Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. * Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is advantageous. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
