**Job Title:** Java Tech Lead **Job Type:** Permanent **Job Location:** London, UK **Job Description:** 10+ years of experience to lead and manage the development team by providing technical direction and guidance for end-to-end tech delivery. Participate into the security meetings and lead the presentation of technical solutions into the architectural forums. Build high-performance and scalable and robust applications. Research, evaluate, and recommend new industry standard processes and tools to enhance development capabilities. Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards and engage into code reviews. Participate into Incidents awareness and support handling. Strong knowledge of Java(core and framework), Spring Framework (MVC/ Batch), Spring MVC, Spring/Boot, Tomcat, Hibernate, Git, BitBucket, and Jenkins. Deep hands-on expertise with SOA, Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML and database concepts with working knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, XQuery and XML Query; Good to have experience in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle, Oracle Coherence, Mule, Solace etc Be able to work in a fast-paced, agile development/project environment.
