The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes: * **Education \& Experience** A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. You'll also need a **minimum of 5 years' experience** managing complex projects, with a strong track record of delivering results on time, within scope, and within budget. * **Project Management Expertise** Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as **Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall** , along with hands-on experience using project management tools like **Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello** . A **Project Management Professional (PMP) certification** is preferred and highly regarded. * **Leadership \& Communication** Proven ability to **lead and inspire cross-functional teams** , ensuring collaboration and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
