### **Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of our software solutions, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal utilisation of our products. Your expertise will play a crucial part in enhancing client satisfaction. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Understand all the functionality within the various systems that the team onboard, implement and/or support (Insight Practice Management and Unity Search). * Interviewing clients and their staff to understand their business and operational requirements. * Analysing the information that clients currently use to perform their duties. * Train clients on all the functionality within the various systems. * Problem solving of client issues. * Functional testing of software. * Assisting with the onboarding process in terms of checking the data once completed by the migrations team and providing all initial training for the client. * Servicing clients in terms of their requirements of the system. ### **Skills, Knowledge \& Expertise** * Strong accounting knowledge, ideally from the legal industry. * Strong mathematical skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain focused and organised. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. * Understand all the functionality within the various systems. * Previous training experience. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. * Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on customer service excellence. * Previous legal accounts and/or case management experience is advantageous. * Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices is advantageous. ### **Job Benefits** At Dye \& Durham we strive to be visionaries!
