ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES - Research and qualify potential customers - Conduct outbound calls to present and promote products and services to prospects - Maximise sales opportunities within existing accounts - Document and update customer records in our CRM System - Handle customer questions and objections effectively - Obtain customer information and follow up on calls QUALIFICATIONS \& REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 2 years within a telesales, account management role - Must be able to work in a fast paced role - Must be able to work towards KPIs \& Targets - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using CRM software - Strong sales acumen and ability to persuade customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: From £24,375.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus scheme Benefits: * Company events * Company pension * Employee discount * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Sales: 2 years (required) Language: * English (required) Work authorisation: * United Kingdom (required) Work Location: In person Reference ID: TELESALES
