Biodanza is an invitation to move, feel, and reconnect. It is a gentle, guided movement practice where music, simple exercises, and human connection support vitality, emotional expression, and joy. No steps to learn, no experience neededjust your presence, exactly as you are. In Biodanza, we don’t perform. We listen to the body. We allow movement to awaken energy, connection, and a deeper sense of being alive. This first session of the year is a warm welcome—for newcomers and for those returning. A space to start something new through movement, meet yourself and others with kindness, and remember the pleasure of being in your body. You are welcome just as you are.
