[Location & Surroundings] The Edge enjoys an excellent location, close to the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University, Leeds City College, and Leeds Arts University. It takes just 20 minutes on foot to reach Leeds Station, from where you can travel across the UK. Daily necessities are easily accessible—convenience stores like Tesco are just 5 minutes away on foot, offering nearly everything you need. Within about 5 minutes’ walk, you’ll also find various takeout restaurants and pizza shops, making everyday life very convenient. Additionally, the apartment is near the city center. Trinity shopping mall, Leeds' largest shopping center where you can find almost anything, is approximately 20 minutes away by foot. Not far from the mall lies Leeds’ local market, where you can buy fresher and more affordable vegetables, fruits, seafood, and meat. Around the city center, there are also many Chinese restaurants, including authentic Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine. Distance to Leeds City College (Park Lane): 5-minute walk. Distance to the University of Leeds: 11-minute walk. Distance to Leeds Arts University: 23-minute walk. Distance to Leeds Beckett University (City Campus): 19-minute walk. Distance to Leeds Beckett University (Headingley Campus): 22-minute bus ride. The apartment is not far from shopping centers and Leeds’ local market, where you can purchase fresh, affordable produce, seafood, and meats. There are also numerous Chinese restaurants around the city center, serving authentic Cantonese and Sichuan dishes.

[Security & Services] In addition to basic living facilities, the apartment is equipped with a 24-hour access control system and surveillance cameras to ensure safe entry and exit. The apartment has its own maintenance team; after moving in, if any facility issues arise, you can report them directly to the front desk, and our maintenance team will resolve them promptly.

For students booking for the 21/22 academic year, cancellations before the lease start date are penalty-free.

Booking Information

1. Referral Reward Program

Refer a friend who successfully books a room, and existing customers will receive a 300 RMB red envelope reward. There is no upper limit—more successful referrals mean higher total red envelope amounts. For specific red envelope distribution rules, please consult apartment staff.

2. Cancellation Policy

No Visa No Pay: If the tenant’s visa application is rejected, the booking can be canceled free of charge. Visa refusal documentation must be provided as required by the apartment when applying for cancellation.

No Place No Pay: If the tenant fails to secure admission to their applied university, the booking can be canceled free of charge. University rejection documentation must be provided as required by the apartment when applying for cancellation.
