**Job Summary** **Brokerfy Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable and well-established law firm based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.** We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Commercial Property Solicitor** to join their highly regarded commercial team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 2--5 years' PQE, bringing experience in commercial property transactions and, ideally, corporate legal work. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of transactions, build meaningful client relationships, and grow into a key role within the firm. The role is office-based and suited to someone looking to progress their legal career within a collaborative and professional environment. **Responsibilities** * Manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including: * Leases, landlord and tenant issues * Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises * Refinancing and secured lending transactions * Advise on and, where appropriate, manage corporate matters, such as: * Business sales and purchases * Company restructuring * Shareholder and partnership agreements * Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents in accordance with current legislation and best practice * Conduct legal research to support matters and advise clients with confidence * Liaise directly with clients, providing practical, tailored legal solutions * Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery * Stay updated on relevant legal developments in commercial property and corporate law **Skills \& Experience** * Qualified Solicitor in England \& Wales (ideally with 2--5 years' PQE) * Experience handling a wide range of commercial property matters * Familiarity with leases, landlord and tenant law, acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing * Ideally, experience in corporate legal transactions * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail * Proficient with legal IT and case management systems * Client-focused, commercially aware, and proactive in approach * Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team **Why This Role?** This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that values professional development, high-quality client service, and long-term growth.
