You will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home and lead a team of Therapeutic Care Workers, ensuring they provide a safe and supportive environment for children who have experienced trauma. You must be committed, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with young people. A proven track record with Ofsted and knowledge of the legislative framework is desirable.
