As we continue to grow, we're looking to strengthen our sales team with a commercially focused individual who can bring real product sales experience to the table. **The Role** We're seeking an experienced **B2B Sales Executive** with a strong background in **selling physical products** into business and industrial markets. You'll be responsible for driving new business, maintaining client relationships, and aligning our manufacturing capabilities with customer needs. you will be approaching customers at their shops to discuss our products with them. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities * Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular contact and upselling * Understand customer requirements and match them to our product offerings * Deliver professional product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals * Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets * Liaise with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services * Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and performance reports * Attend industry events, trade shows, and client visits as needed **Requirements** * **Proven experience selling physical products** in a B2B environment * Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Confident presenting to and building relationships with business decision-makers * Full UK driving licence * Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary with uncapped commission * Structured onboarding and product training * Supportive and professional team environment with room to grow **COS available.** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From £24,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Yearly bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime Experience: * Sales: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person Reference ID: origin
