**Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Le Petit Chateau. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. **Responsibilities** * Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained. * Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. * Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are clean and presentable. * Replenish supplies in guest rooms and public areas as necessary. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. * Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a friendly manner. * Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the establishment. **Qualifications** * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping preferred. * Familiarity with hotel operations is advantageous. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if required. * Basic cooking skills would be beneficial but not essential.
