

You’re warmly invited to a facilitated, peer-led circle with gentle practices for reflection and connection. There’s nothing to prepare, just showing up is enough. This space is for you if you’ve ever felt worried, frustrated, or disconnected from your body. Peer support is at the heart of the group, and you’re welcome to share, listen, or simply be present, whatever feels right.
