Joseph's Tree Solutions are looking for another individual to join the team as a trainee or experienced and qualified groundsman, with the opportunity for non experienced to progress to a arborist. The best candidate would be very hardworking, professional, have the desire to learn, and have the ability to understand basic and important instructions. This position is currently for anything that's available to you from 1 to a possible 5 days per week over Monday - Saturday on a self employed basis. We are currently a small leading company that is growing very fast, we strive on being very fair and offer a great work life balance. The hours we work are usually from 7AM start and we finish on average anywhere between 2-3pm most days with the possibility of even earlier! The day rate paid is dependent on experience and regardless of the hours worked and finish time, the day rate remains the same. On the rare occasion that we have a job that exceeds 3pm then we would expect the successful candidate to be accommodating of this due to multiple early finishes. A clean driving licence is Required. QUALIFIED Groundsman: Would need to hold certifications with NPTC - - 206,306 Tree Climbing Using Rope \& Harness, Aerial Rescue. (ADVANTAGE) - CS30.1 CS30.2 Chainsaw Maintenance \& Cross-cutting. Drugs and Alcohol will not be tolerated.
