Electrical Assembly Technician Location: Fareham Job Type: Permanent Monday to Friday 7.00am - 04.30pm Salary: Depending on Experience £28,000 - £40,000   We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team! If you have strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on work, and can follow complex technical instructions, this is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a dynamic environment.   Key Responsibilities: Assemble cable looms and route wiring into mechanical assemblies Build and install components into a variety of electrical assemblies Fit and terminate cables and connectors with precision Read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions Carry out mechanical integration and electrical testing as needed Ensure work meets internal quality standards and industry best practices Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in electrical assembly, ideally in a manufacturing or production setting Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Ability to read and understand schematics, technical drawings, and documentation Proficient with hand tools and basic test equipment (e.g., multimeter, crimpers, soldering iron) Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Familiarity with cable looms, connectors, and board-level assemblies is a plus.
