You will work in partnership with stakeholders, using your commercial mindset, business acumen and Management Information (MI) to inform and influence decisions.\n\n\r\n\n\n\nYou have the opportunity to learn key leadership skills from established and successful stakeholders and the opportunities to develop and progress professionally are significant for those with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.\n\n\r\n\n\n**What your day will look like:**\n\n* Responsible for the management of all demand requests using workforce planning systems.\n\n* Support the Resourcing Senior Lead to deliver on business strategic and people priorities including fair work allocation, regular skills reviews etc.\n\n*\n Responsible for the operational rhythm and delivery of reporting insights that are informative and provide clear trends and risks and actions for the business to take.\n\n*\n Responsible for overall headcount planning and movements including monthly reconciliation, interaction with Human Capital (HC) and recruitment for people planning. Includes: Transfers in/out, Secondments, Visa checks, and supporting business cases for permanent moves.
