We are seeking a beginner-level AI-Assisted Document Translator to help translate, edit, and review documents using AI translation tools and human language skills. No prior experience is needed. This role is a great fit for someone with a high school diploma who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in language and technology. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Translate documents from one language to another using AI translation tools and human review. Review and edit AI-generated translations for basic accuracy, grammar, and clarity. Help maintain the original meaning, formatting, and style of source documents. Proofread translated materials and correct simple errors. Use translation software and language tools to improve quality and efficiency. Work with different document types, including business documents, reports, manuals, articles, and digital content. Help keep terminology, spelling, and formatting consistent across projects. Handle confidential documents and follow data privacy guidelines. Communicate with team members or clients when clarification is needed. Stay open to learning new AI translation tools and language trends. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills in at least two languages. No previous translation experience required. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn AI translation tools. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of document formatting tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or PDF editors. Preferred Qualifications Interest in languages, writing, or translation. Familiarity with AI tools, translation software, or language apps. Any school, volunteer, or personal experience with language work is a plus
