As a small multi-skilled team, we need to recruit a Business Systems Lead to specialise in supporting and advancing our IT business systems (especially ERP, CRM, MES and SPC) Responsibilities and Tasks The initial primary focus for this role will be helping to deliver a major project to expand Paragraf’s existing use of ERP to incorporate manufacturing, procurement, and inventory management functions. This will then develop onto MES and SPC systems to further support our production ramp. Flow Admissions Coordinator
Admission Co-ordinator Band 6 Nurse or any Allied Health Professional The role is a county-wide role covering all inpatients sites including Isebrook Hospital, Brackley Community Hospital, Danetre Hospital, Corby Community Hospital, Beechwood at Spinneyfields and Recovering Independence Bedded Units (RIBU) at Turn Furlong. Full time county-wide role - with some weekend working if required. The post holder will be working in an integrated multi professional patient flow team and will be involved facilitating a safe and timely admission for all patients across community inpatients. The post holder will carry-out assessing all incoming referrals to community inpatients and liaise directly with referring services including acute hospitals, community services, palliative services, GPs etc. to ensure safe and timely admission into the units. Reporting to the Patient Flow Lead, t he post holder will be expected to independently assess patients being referred into the service and manage their own caseload as part of the team. The post holder will also be expected to deputise for the Flow Lead where required including data collection and data reporting of both admission and discharge information. The post holder will provide support to junior colleagues and assist them in problem-solving any issues relating to patient flow. The post holder will be expected to facilitate admissions over the 7 day period to meets the needs of the service - this may include working some weekends and bank holidays on a rota system. Sheene Mill is excited to be looking for a Wedding Co-ordinator to join our ever growing team. The candidate will bring a positive attitude as well as experience in the industry to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has excellent communication skills, who also has the ability to work well in a team but equally confident to work effectively on their own in sometimes high-pressured problem-solving situations. Sheene Mill is one of the best wedding venues in the region and we are looking for someone to bring enthusiasm and grow with us as a venue and a team. The role would involve a range of tasks but not limited to: - Once a wedding has booked, those bookings are looked after by the wedding co-ordinator, this will involve email communication as well as phone calls and face to face meetings. - Day to day admin of payments made and general wedding enquiries from our booked couples. - Operationally managing the day of a wedding from the morning until the evening party is in full swing! - Issue function sheets to all departments to ensure all members of the team are informed and briefed. - Brief and lead front of house staff on the day of a wedding as well as the preparation. - Assist in making sure that all function areas are impeccably presented, an eye for detail is essential. - Constantly 'thinking ahead' to ensure that you are always ready to take on the next task. To be successful for this role: You must have excellent organisational and strong written and verbal communication skills. You must have already been a wedding co-ordinator and have excellent knowledge of how a wedding day is planned and managed. You must be computer literate. Due to venues location own transport is essential. Please note this role is to include working weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
