(up to 10% per annum dependent, on employee selection)\n* A commitment to training and development\n* Private Medical\n\nWhat Will You Be Doing? \nWorking with branch teams and financial advice colleagues to partially deliver first meetings with new customers; including conversations on pensions, investments and inheritance tax and our current proposition. \nIt will be your role to prepare the customers for their follow on first meeting with the Financial Adviser, ensuring all information is gathered and entered onto our customer relationship management system that is pertinent to the advice and provide the adviser with all the soft facts to enable a smooth customer journey. \nYou will utilise your skills within the customer meeting to engage with the customer and help them understand their objectives and goals for their money and motivations for taking financial advice. \nWhat Do We Need From You? \nYou must be a natural communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, experience of speaking with customers face to face or via video link or building relationships with customers/colleagues. \nYou must thrive on being a part of a successful team, sharing best practice and being supportive to others. You must also be self motivated and capable of working on your own. \nThe ability to maintain strict quality and compliance standards and organisation skills are a must as you will be expected to work in a high volume fast paced environment. \nBe flexible and adaptable to change. Ability to pick up new systems, processes and technology with ease. \nIdeally looking to further your career within financial advice towards a Financial Adviser role, already having achieved the Regulated Diploma in Financial Advice (or near completion). Full support and training will be given. \nWe are looking for someone to be located in or around St Albans, Aylesbury, Chesham, Chalfont, Harrow or London.
