Reporting to the ARNE Quality Manager, you’ll be ensuring all samples and comments are processed in an effective and timely manner to allow our ARNE sizing and quality to always meet our standard. Requirements Work as part of the quality control team to organise and inspect inbound bulk shipments across Clothing and Footwear. Ensuring deliveries meet the standard set out by the tech team both technically and aesthetically in line with the approved shipment sample: Measure and inspect garments against shipment sample. Update Excel workbook and keep a detailed record of defects and faults. Including photos, measurements and comments. Liaise with technical team regarding rejections. Must be commercially aware of timelines and the requirement to resolve issues ASAP when stock is on hold. Ensure shipment tracker/performance tracker, critical path and all ARNE spread sheets are kept up to date. Issue non-conformance reports to suppliers in a timely manner and provide a clear outcome. Support QC team leader to manage QC quarantine stock and follow up. Liaise with tech team with any issues, prioritise workloads, delegate tasks to the rest of the QC team & general duties. Ensure the shift pattern rota is kept up to date including holidays/time off & sickness etc. Chase up Internal QC reports and outstanding Non-Conformance reports Essential skills Previous experience in a similar role Ability to lead and mentor a team Experienced on excel, word & outlook Organised and hardworking Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in fast paced environment Quality control and inspection skills Previous experience with AQL standards Ability to take accurate measurements Attention to detail and accuracy Benefits ARNE are an equal opportunities employer. About you Proven experience in quality control within the fashion or apparel industry. Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes. Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to product quality improvement. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to product quality and safety is advantageous. The Role – Compliance Analyst The successful applicant will be responsible for the planning, full execution and reporting on compliance checks for multiple gaming platforms. The Compliance Analyst will be a part of an experienced QA team and will work alongside team members from all disciplines, to ensure products are thoroughly tested and ready for release. Responsibilities · Be responsible for the test strategy of multiple products to ensure compliance with the required standard across all supported platforms. · Ensure all compliance issues are identified, thoroughly investigated and accurately reported. · Update compliance issues when required to ensure they’re accurate and relevant given the current project status. · Complete functional testing when required, and as part of the preparation for compliance checks. · Work with test teams to run suitable test cases. · Ensure all staff have the required information to aid with the gathering of compliance information when required. · Research for all platform compliance standards and the associated requirements. · Creation of focused training programs for staff to learn compliance standards and how to effectively run checks on them. · Maintain documentation and a knowledge base for compliance standards and platform requirements. · Be a point of contact for all studio members for compliance related issues. Requirements Essential Skills + Experience: · Firsthand experience of the software development lifecycle within the games industry, ideally with testing a product throughout the entire QA lifecycle. · Minimum 2 of years’ experience in Testing Processes and Methodologies. · Minimum 1 year of focused on Compliance QA testing experience. · Strong knowledge of Jira and a test case tracking system such as Test Rail and Xray. · The capability to assess a range of information and the creation of detailed reports. · Demonstrates pro-active approach to internal processes and workload. · Computer literacy. · Committed teamwork ethic.
