Requirements Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeaner. Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business. Must be a team player, willing to assist colleagues wherever possible.
