About the role: As a Site Operative at LondonEnergy, you will have a strong customer service background and will act as the first point of contact to the public, providing a professional service by giving advice, direction, and assistance, ensuring that waste is received and deposited correctly.  Key Responsibilities: Operations Delivering a consistent high level of customer service, working to the company standards and contract requirements. Assisting members of public, where safe and appropriate to do so, and overseeing the sorting and safe disposal of customers waste and recycling materials. Advising on the correct segregation of waste and recycling into relevant containers / storage areas. Monitoring and directing traffic movements within the facility. Carry out general site duties including housekeeping of site grounds, buildings and staff facilities. Operate the site in line with current company policies and procedures General To carry out other appropriate duties at a similar level at the designated site/sites or other company sites as required Requirements Reliable and punctual Able to work as part of a team. Flexible approach may be required to learn other roles within the site to ensure effective operating procedures. Must be willing to learn operations and undergo appropriate training.
