### **The Role:** Advanced Innovative Engineering is looking for an experienced Design and Structural Analysis Engineer to join our team in Lichfield. You must be a professional, dynamic, involved person making critical analyses and decisions. You are expected to be part of a small management team and contribute at all times. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will support AIE in designing and verifying new innovations for the Wankel Rotary Engine power units supplied to Customers within the aerospace transport and power generation markets.
