We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and machinery. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Mechanic will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of our operations.
**Responsibilities**
* Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and machinery.
* Replace or repair defective parts and components.
* Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
**Skills**
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
* Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
* A valid driving licence
