We are looking for a Reinsurance Technician to join us on a permanent basis. You will be supporting our insurance clients based in the city of London. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and submitting inwards transactions, applying treaty terms (retention, cession & commission) accurately Process and analyse bordereaux and statements of account; maintain complete and auditable records Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including reconciliation of ceded premiums, reinstatement premiums, and recoveries Track and collect outstanding recoverables, liaising with brokers and reinsurers to resolve discrepancies Monitor treaty expiry dates, commission schedules, and ensure SLA compliance Assist with post-bind contract administration and system input; support audit and collateral tracking Support communication with underwriters and finance to ensure alignment on expected vs. actual recoveries   Requirements 3 years in reinsurance or insurance claims/accounting support. Familiarity with reinsurance treaties (quota share, excess-of-loss). Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and analytical ability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Benefits Paying up to £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
