We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all colleagues.** **We are currently recruiting for :- Cleaning Operative.** **"Excellerate Services currently use an online Time and Attendance system for processing shifts for payment, it is a requirement for applicants to have their own smart phone to use this system"** If you have the ability to contribute to the team and want to help promote our Company values, are able to be friendly, polite but assertive whilst always remaining professional. **Role Specifications:** * All round cleaning experience * To carry out all cleaning duties in line with the specification and direction given to the highest standard. * General Duties will include Dusting, Mopping, Toilets, Emptying Bins * Ensuring you follow and are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures * Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement * Correct management and use of materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse * Monitoring of all cleaning activities and providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties. * To work flexibly and as part of a team **Working Hours for a Cleaning Operative: 30** 14:30 -- 20:30 Monday to Thursday, 13:30 -- 19:30 Friday * **Benefits:** * Holiday Entitlement 20 days + 8 B/H (pro rata) * Employee Assistance Programme * Hastee Pay App * Uniform provided * Full training given **Location: Sinfin Lane, Derby** Salary Details: £12.90
