The post holder will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude to working with people with complex mental health needs and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will manage their own caseload of patients, and act as an expert resource in the care and treatment of patients experiencing a range of mental health problems relevant to the area of practice. The successful post holder will work closely with the clinical lead, Ward Manager and local clinical teams. Operational management will be provided by the Ward Manager and professional accountability will be ensured through regular supervision with the clinical lead. We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have the flexibility to take part in a full shift system including nights, bank holidays and weekend working.
