**About Indigo FX** Indigo FX are a FCA Authorised Payment Institution helping UK corporates and individuals manage their currency needs and providing their international payment solutions. **About the Role** The Settlements officer will be responsible for the day to day operations tasks of the settlements team, ensuring all tasks have excellent attention to detail for the timely execution and delivery of all settlements and payments. **Key Responsibilities include:** · Collating of all Treasury payments to be made on any given day. · Checking/Processing of payment instructions · Reconciliation · Debtors/Creditors reporting to identify where payments have not been made on time/funds have not been received on due date. · Dealing with ad hoc queries - SWIFT requests, Bank Audit Letters, Returned Payments/Unallocated funds, Bank statement reconciliation against in-house systems/payment instructions. · Capture and maintain banking SSI's from Counterparties for compliance reasons · Ensuring data on in house system is accurate and timely input/maintained · Fulfil any other tasks that the Company may reasonably assign to you from time to time, according to business needs **Key Requirements:** · At least 1 years' experience in operations within finance. · Experience within the payment and/or FX industry. · Awareness of issues/sanctions regarding the worldwide remittance of funds · Right to live and work in the UK is essential. · Motivated, organised and able to multitask. · Good communicator to other business functions and senior management. · Approachable with a demonstrable willingness \& flexibility to support the Company as and when required **What to expect from Indigo FX:** · Great Work/Life balance and normal office hours 8:30 to 17:30 · A friendly \& experienced team to work with and an office in Canary Wharf · Contributory Pension Job Type: Full-time Pay: £27,500.00-£35,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company events Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person Expected start date: 07/07/2025
