Job Description  Experience in business analysis, design, development, architecture, integration, production support, and project leadership.  Agile Business Analyst with practical experience working across various methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe  Experience of functional analysis, software design, Process modelling, business process flow diagram.  Extensive experience developing business cases, eliciting and managing requirements, documenting use cases, and testing implementation of product.  Gather and/or define requirements, often through interviews and facilitating meetings with client subject matter experts.  Provide information on the data model and explain entities and attributes in the model and the relationships between them.  Lead fit/gap sessions that map requirements to standard features and functions.  Recommend and advise on application/functional extensions, as necessary, to client solution requirements.  Serve as a bridge between technical staff and client stakeholders and authorities when the Curam technical team develops extensions.  Develop functional designs associated with the extensions.  Plan and execute tests to verify the solution is properly configured and extended to meet requirements. Required Technical and Professional Expertise  Successful Candidates will have:  10+ years exposure as Business Analyst.  Consistent record of effective presentation delivery and written communications  Social Services program experience with Government/public sector  Screen design and story boarding.  Demonstrated experience leading Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions  Good to have: Exposure to UK legislative rules and benefits schemes.  A background in the public sector and ideally in the social welfare domain is desirable.

Risk Analyst

Dentons is seeking Risk Analyst for our growing new business intake team across the Europe region. Our Risk Analysts play a crucial role in conflicts of interest as well as compliance checks, management of risk, and overall support the firm in applying the standards of risk-based culture. Key responsibilities: Running checks of varying levels of complexity and across diverse sectors, practices, and geographies, in accordance with and application of appropriate Legal Profession Rules/Codes of Conduct to consider commercial, contractual, confidential information, legal or other forms of possible conflict of interest for each new business intake request including but not limited to AML ongoing monitoring, reputational risk consideration and sanctions analysis. Liaising with partners, business support teams and Risk teams firmwide to facilitate the prompt resolution of commercial and legal conflict issues identified from conflict searches Conducting anti-money laundering refresh of due diligence for existing clients Reaching out to other Dentons regions to obtain conflict clearances across Dentons worldwide Handling complexity protection of confidential information issues, managing information barriers and document security processes Reviewing engagement letters, outside counsel terms and other engagement terms/contracts Supporting the team and risk management on various tasks and projects, such as client terms review, technology upgrades, team training, policy drafting etc. Requirements Experience, skills & knowledge: Bachelor’s degree, legal education is preferred Prior experience analyzing and resolving conflicts of interest and managing confidential information issues acquired in an international law firm is required Experience working with Intapp Open system is advantageous Excellent analytical skills, with ability to quickly identify and meticulously analyse complex issues and provide practical solutions Effective communication skills, dealing confidently, competently, and diplomatically with internal clients worldwide, persuasively communicating the Risk position in writing as well as by telephone and providing clear and unambiguous instructions Ability to comprehend the commercial concerns arising from the underlying advice provided by a global law firm Methodical and organised approach to work and strong prioritisation skills, with ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritise and deliver work to a consistently high standard and to deadlines Ability to make decisions and remain calm while under pressure, particularly when dealing with challenging situations Strong commitment to excellent internal client/customer facing service, being professional in outlook and attitude and serve as an ambassador for Risk Europe Ability to work as part of an international multicultural environment

• Producing necessary documentation as required in line with customer’s standards. • Working with the team to break requirements into appropriately sized user stories. • Contribute towards solution design, ensuring solutions are value driven, usable and appropriate taking into account the potential benefits and constraints. • Collaborating with developers, testers and others within the team as required as part of story kick-offs, mid-story demos, handovers, desk demos and so on. • Working with users and the Product Owner to understand the business value associated with each story such that this can be communicated to the team to allow better decision making. • Working with the team to ensure appropriate levels of detail (including acceptance criteria) exists and is documented for all stories at each stage of the process. • Working with the team to contribute to impact assessments, change requests and providing high level estimates where needed. • Working with the Product Owner, Subject Matter Experts, Delivery Manager and other team members to manage the story backlog including prioritisation. • Participation in all Agile ceremonies (stand up, planning, estimating, retrospectives), including facilitation as appropriate. • Must have strong understanding of SQL, PL-SQL and data structures that can enable to fire medium to complex SQL queries. • Must be adept at reverse engineering to understand the As-Is functionality. • Excellent workshop, meeting, facilitation, communication and presentations skills. • Must possess strong data analysis skills. • Experience of writing user stories, working on JIRA, Confluence, Visio & nice to have experience TOAD, SQL developer. • BPSS
