About the Role You will be responsible for: Launching and leading a new specialist tech recruitment division within MaxAccelerate. Developing and executing business strategy across contract and permanent recruitment. Building and managing high-performing 360 recruitment teams. Designing and embedding operational processes and recruitment frameworks from scratch. Exploring and expanding into high-demand tech markets such as AI, Salesforce, Software Engineering, or other emerging specialisms.
