This role is part of the Platform Services team within IS\&O department, which is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing infrastructure solutions to meet our business needs. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for engineering and implementing solutions, ensuring the availability and reliability of our systems, and lead complex problem-solving initiatives to minimize downtime. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining our security posture, optimizing performance, and supporting infrastructure upgrades and deployments. **What you'll be doing** * You'll be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing infrastructure solutions to meet our business needs, including Active Directory, VMWare, Azure Entra ID, and M365 applications. * You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring system availability and reliability, while diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure issues to minimize downtime. * Additionally, you will implement and maintain our security measures, optimise performance, and lead infrastructure upgrade projects. * Your role will also involve acting as a third-line technical escalation point and supporting relationships with third-party vendors to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness. **What you'll need to be successful** We're looking for the following skills and experience.
