As well as ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy, you will need to interact well with colleagues, being friendly and pleasant at all times. **If you feel you would be a good fit, please provide your cv and a cover letter answering the following questions:** * How would people who know you well describe you? * Using 1 of these qualities, describe a time when you have been able to use this to good effect at work. * Can you detail how you would clean an office building, the steps you would take and the guidelines you would follow? **Duties** * Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. * Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required. * Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. * Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and stored correctly. * Communicate effectively with colleagues to understand any specific cleaning needs. * Provide exceptional communication skills by addressing any concerns or requests promptly. * Ensure the building is locked and secured when shift is complete. **Requirements** * Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with our team. * Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential. * Good customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. * Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
