Refund Policy

****The following is a brief summary of the apartment's standard cancellation policy. For full terms and conditions, please refer to the apartment's "Booking Terms and Conditions". ***Policies are subject to real-time changes; please refer to the apartment's contract for the definitive version. a. If your tenancy starts more than 8 weeks after booking confirmation: You may cancel your booking within 14 days of booking and receive a full refund with no further liability. After 14 days, you may cancel only under the following two circumstances, subject to payment of one week's rent: 1) If you fail to obtain a UK entry visa and can provide proof to the apartment, with a deadline of 20 August; 2) If you secure a suitable replacement tenant who assumes full liability for the entire tenancy period, at the apartment's sole discretion (please note—you must source the suitable replacement tenant yourself). b. If your tenancy starts within 8 weeks of booking confirmation: You may cancel your booking within 7 days of booking and receive a full refund with no further liability. After 7 days, cancellation is not permitted; however, the apartment may, at its sole discretion, allow cancellation if a suitable replacement tenant assumes full liability for the tenancy—subject to payment of one week's rent. If the tenancy start date has already passed, you must follow the apartment's formal contract termination application process. c. If you have already moved in: The apartment may, at its sole discretion, agree to terminate your tenancy under the following conditions: 1) You secure a suitable new tenant and guarantor willing to sign a new tenancy agreement for the remaining term, on identical terms to this agreement (please note—you are responsible for sourcing the suitable replacement tenant); 2) At least seven weeks remain on your tenancy at the time of your request to vacate; 3) You agree to vacate the room within a reasonable timeframe prior to the replacement tenant's move-in date (typically one week before the replacement tenant's move-in date, or another timeframe as notified by the apartment).
