**Nursing care home manager** We are looking for a Nursing care home manager with nursing experiance and worked with elderly and complex needs help the company grow and develop within. **Responsibilities** * Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations. * Lead and manage staff, providing supervision and support to enhance team performance. * Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care. * Ensure medication administration is conducted safely and accurately. * Foster a positive environment for residents and their families, promoting well-being and quality of life. **Qualifications** * Proven management and supervisory experience in a care home setting * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff * Background in assisted living and nursing home environments * Knowledge of care plans and medication administration * Experience in senior care, including dementia and Alzheimer's care * Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to residents * Come from a nursing background but will not have to do hands on interested or more information please send CV Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year Experience: * Nursing: 2 years (preferred) * registered manager: 2 years (preferred) * Care home: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person Reference ID: rcmn-wig
