Junior Duty Manager required for award winning 31 Bedroom city centre hotel. Must have hospitality experience, be well presented and customer focused. Working shifts, 5 days from 7 that will include evenings and weekends. A varied role, some shifts will be working in the kitchen cooking breakfast along with some cover for reception and duty management shifts. Would suit a newly qualified hospitality student or somebody working in food and beverage wishing to take the first steps into hotel management.
