What you will do Act as the subject matter expert for D365 Business Central delivering configuration, workflow automation, and enhancement of modules including GL, AP, AR, and reporting. Plan and manage system upgrades, testing cycles, and change delivery with minimal disruption. Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to internal users and superusers.
