She works closely with Verene, Emma and others in the NGL community to develop pathways to anchor nonviolence to transform how we are with ourselves and each other and how we structure our collectives and organisations to support the shift from control, punishment and reward, and either/or to collaboration, integration, and needs-based orientation.** **The evening will likely focus on sharing about the power of CF principles and specific skills – what we sometimes call needs choreography – to move towards convergence even in situations of deep polarisation. However, the content and structure of the evening is not finalised so please contact Michelle Asher from NGL to let her know if you have any requests or interests: shelasher@gmail.com.** **There is a growing network of people in London who converge around initiatives such as London NVC training pathways, NVC Development and Integration groups (including general interest groups and the riverside Conflict facilitation group) in person Listening Hour, Community day events, NVC Walking group, pathways for NVC in education, and other pop up events.** **We hope that many of you may be interested to join Miki, Emma and Verene for this evening.** **NGL is organising this evening (https://nglcommunity.org/), with input and support from Ceri Buckmaster and other London NVC trainers.** **You will be asked to choose 'Free' in the registration option. Free in this case doesn't mean we don't have needs.** **This event is offered as a gift and we are also asking for your financial gifts in order to cover our costs (£150+), to support some of Ceri’s sustainability needs and to support our capacity to sustain our experimentation within NGL, where all our material needs are cared for through gifts given to us.
