**Job Title: Duty Manager/Chargehand -- Busy Brunch and Cocktail Bar - Henry's** **Location:** Henrys, 5 Abbot St, Shawlands **Hours:** 30-40 hours per week, Weekend availability required We are looking for an experienced duty manager with a strong attention to detail and a passion for great drinks We're looking for a skilled and reliable full-time team member to join our busy brunch and cocktail bar. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks as a barista * Mix and serve cocktails to our guests * Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment * Maintain a clean and organised bar * Support the team during busy brunch hours and cocktail service * Run a shift to the highest standards * Place daily orders to ensure the bar is fully stocked * Carry out cash ups * Comfortably open and set up the venue for service * Close the venue down to a high standard **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a barista and cocktail bartender * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Weekend availability is a must * Experience running a shift in a similar venue * Good understanding of cash up \& ordering procedures * A passion for food, drink, and creating a great guest experience * **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly wage plus tips * A fun and dynamic working environment * Flexible hours (15-25 hours per week), a flexible work week * Staff Meals on shift * Staff Discount across the company We look forward to hearing from you.
