**Overview**
We are seeking a qualified LEVEL 3 candidate who is dedicated and passionate as a Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners to thrive.
Your play and communication skills will be essential in managing daily activities and fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
* Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and wellbeing.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions, ensuring all children are cared for appropriately.

* Strong personalily qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents and colleagues.
* experience in early childhood education or childcare settings
* Knowledge of nursery practices and the EYFS framework
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and organised environment.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
* Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills would be an advantage.
