Vehicle Maintenance  ·       Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking oil, water, tyres and lights. ·       Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained and smoke free; smoking is not permitted in vehicles.  ·       Inform the Depot Team Leader of any servicing requirements and repairs. ·       Report any issues, vehicle defects or delivery problems daily in a timely fashion. Documentation and record keeping ·       Accurately checking and verifying all stock is correct on your vehicle for each all orders. ·       Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption and any incidents or accidents.  ·       Complete delivery or transport paperwork and obtain necessary signatures. ·       Receipt and despatch all orders accurately and securely in line with Leader’s SOP’s.
