Your key responsibilities will be overseeing statutory processes, ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and supporting the development of provisions to meet the needs of our students. Ideally, you'll have a HE qualification in SEND/Inclusion, English and maths GCSE at Grade 4 or above and demonstrable experience in leading teams, managing statutory processes, and delivering service improvements. It's important that you're able to demonstrate you can manage complex priorities and champion new initiatives with energy and confidence along with our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role. Monitor department expenditure and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining quality and innovation. * Help to improve and develop financial models to evaluate return on investments, new product launches, and marketing campaigns. * Ensure accurate and timely month-end close for the departments, including reviewing and analysing variances against budget and forecasts. * Control, Manage \& Forecast capex spend relating to your departments * Assist with New Product Development/Launch: Model the margin, assist with pricing \& forecast a P\&L for all new product lines.
