Plus you'll get a discount at any Assembly run venue bar throughout the city. **Responsibilities** * Assist in food preparation and ensure that all food is prepared according to established recipes and safety standards. * Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation within the street food kitchen and surrounding areas. * Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering queries, and upselling menu items effectively. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. * Handle cash and card transactions accurately and perform basic maths for order processing. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery. * Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of menu items. **Skills** * Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. * Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. * Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe working environment. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. * Ability to upsell menu items and engage customers positively. * Experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is advantageous but not essential.
