As the company prepares for continued growth and investment in Ireland and the UK, Glennon Brothers is now expanding its sales team to appoint an Internal Salesperson based at our Windymains facility. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Engaging with existing customers through proactive phone calls, building strong relationships. * Working closely with the Internal Sales Manager to achieve sales targets. * Handling customer queries efficiently, ensuring excellent service and problem resolution. * Managing sales records and administrative tasks to support the sales process. **CANDIDATE PROFILE:** This position would suit a person with a minimum of 2 years sales experience. A college/university qualification would be an advantage, but is not essential. These roles report into the Assembly Team Leader and Assembly Supervisor. The purpose of the roles is to assist in the manufacture of hydraulic and mechanical equipment. The roles require an understanding of hand and power tools, calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, Micrometres, Vernier Callipers etc. **Duties will include:** * Assembling components to detailed 3rd angle drawings and process plans. * Using a wide range of hand tools and powered tools to perform tasks such as filing, deburring, pipe bending, hydraulic assembly and mechanical assembly. * Being responsible for ensuring that all departmental policies and procedures are documented, maintained, communicated, understood, and adhered to. * Communicating with team members on a regular basis. Feeding back to supervisor of any requirements. * Ensuring the accurate completion of all documentation to schedule. * The successful candidate may also be asked, from time to time, to work with the Production Management \& Planning teams to implement methods to improve efficiency, quality and production lead times whilst reducing costs.
