HMP Fosse Way opened in May 2023. Its state of the art design and facilities offer a secure environment to provide skills and qualifications to the men, enabling them to secure meaningful employment on release with the aim of reducing reoffending rates. **Salary** This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £47,466 per annum - depending on experience. **Hours** This role is on a rolling rota between 7am and 6pm, 7 days a week. 37.5 hours per week. **How will we support you?** * Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course * Competency framework * Regional and national career development opportunities * Our bespoke Learning Management System to address your learning needs * Support from the wider team **Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.** ### **What you'll be doing** As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will * Undertake the assessment and ongoing management of our patients' mental health needs. * Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team as an autonomous practitioner managing a caseload of patients, assessing their physical, social and psychological needs to develop a holistic health care plan. * Contribute to our nursing strategy and vision to; Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients, seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback, so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. * Deliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
