### **Description** Bedborough House is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to join the team. The role is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Bedborough House is located in Radstock, Somerset. We offer residential support for seven autistic males and females, and people who have a learning disability. Our home is situated in a residential area, offering stunning views of Somerset. ### **What you'll be doing** You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
