Hygiene Operative

To work as part of the hygiene team to meet specified objectives and targets on a daily basis. To ensure all equipment, surfaces, areas are cleaned to company standards. **Main Duties:** * Day-to-day cleaning ensuring targets are met in terms of quality, hygiene and health and safety. This includes cleaning, washing, rinsing and sanitising of all machinery and surfaces areas * Performing efficiently, quickly, and with due diligence, care and attention * Assist in maintaining cleaning schedule * Follow all instructions given by senior staff * Working knowledge of all machinery in the factory/Foodhall. Ensure machines are ready to use for the next shift. * Behave in a responsible manner showing respect for company property and respect for other members of staff. * Report any breakages or problems with machinery to maintenance as soon as possible. Hours of work: 16:00-01:00 Monday to Friday.
