To work as part of the hygiene team to meet specified objectives and targets on a daily basis. To ensure all equipment, surfaces, areas are cleaned to company standards. **Main Duties:** * Day-to-day cleaning ensuring targets are met in terms of quality, hygiene and health and safety.
