**Shop Assistant -- Local Flooring Store** **Location:** Wirral **Pay:** Starting from National Minimum/Living Wage (based on age \& experience) **About the Role** We're a friendly, family-run flooring business looking for an extra pair of hands in our local showroom. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is keen to learn, and is comfortable using a computer. **What You'll Be Doing** * Welcoming customers into the shop and answering their questions * Helping with quotes, orders and product enquiries * Learning how to post on our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) * Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well-presented **What We're Looking For** * Someone confident speaking with customers in person and over the phone * Quick to learn new systems and tasks * Comfortable using a computer * Willing to learn how to post on social media (training will be given) * Friendly, reliable and proactive **Experience** Previous retail or admin experience is a bonus but not essential --- full training will be provided. Pay: £12.21 per hour Work Location: In person
