Mossley Hill Childcare, Liverpool is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Early Years Practitioner** to join their team in the under 2's provision. This position is 3-days per week (2 full days and 2 afternoons). **Key Responsibilities:** - Support and care for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. - Plan and implement fun and educational activities tailored to individual children's needs. - Work closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children. - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times. - Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. **Requirements:** - Level 3 Early Years qualification (desirable but not essential). - A genuine passion for working with young children. - Knowledge of the EYFS framework. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary from £25,584 per annum (level 2 qualified - £12.30 per hour) - £26,208 per annum (level 3 qualified - £12.60 per hour). - Friendly, supportive, and welcoming working environment. - Opportunities for professional development and training.
