Operating nationwide, we work to the highest standards and provide our clients, and their customers, with an unrivaled level of service **About the role** A rare opportunity has arisen to join our company as a self employed field agent, covering Manchester and Surrounding Post codes The role will involve visiting customers houses or place of business to primarily arrange for the return of financed vehicles, but instructions can also range from repossessions, Voluntary surrenders, reconnecting customers to clients or even just to sight and photograph a vehicle. **Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Agent to join our team. The Field Agent will be responsible for the recovery of assets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while maintaining a professional relationship with clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position would suit someone who has experience within civil enforcement or similar, as many of the skills required are transferable in terms of the customer interaction. You will need A recovery truck and or trailer as you are responsible for the vehicle movements, however some of the vehicles can be driven. **Duties** * Conduct asset recovery operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. * Communicate effectively with both customers and Clients * Maintain accurate records of all Customer interactions * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for effective recovery processes. * Conduct field visits as necessary to locate and recover assets. * Provide excellent customer service while managing sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism. **Skills** * Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. * Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing asset recovery is advantageous. * Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record keeping and reporting. * A valid driving licence is required If you possess the skills and dedication required for this role, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dynamic team.
